Description
A centrifugal monoblock pump designed for the safe and efficient transfer of flammable liquids such as gasoline, hexane, diesel fuel, and other petroleum products. The KM100-65-200 pump, manufactured from high-quality AISI 304 stainless steel, provides exceptional corrosion resistance and durability.
This pump is capable of transferring up to 100 cubic meters of liquid per hour, generating a head of 50 meters (5.0 atmospheres). It is equipped with an explosion-proof electric motor with a power of 30 kW, operating at 3000 rpm, of the AIM EX series, as confirmed by relevant permits for use in explosive environments.
The pump’s wet end, including the impeller, shaft, and casing, is also made of AISI 304 (12X18) stainless steel. The VITON mechanical seal (carbide/carbide) guarantees leak-tightness and reliable operation.
The KM100-65-200 KE model is designed for pumping liquids with the following characteristics: density up to 1000 kg/m3, absence of mechanical impurities, and temperature up to 90 degrees Celsius: suction port 100 mm PN 0.6 and discharge port 65 mm PN.
